ABOUT HARVEST REAL ESTATE

Founded in 1997, Randy has grown Harvest Real Estate through opportunistic land acquisitions, land planning and zoning through the entitlement process, brokerage and development projects. He earned a BBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University and received his CCIM designation for commercial real estate.  Randy has a broad experience in commercial real estate in sales, management and leasing.  He started his career as a real estate broker after moving from Snyder, Texas to Dallas upon graduation from college.  After his first job as a broker in Dallas, Randy was a co-manager in the leasing, management and sale of a 3 million square foot portfolio of distressed properties for various life insurance companies in the mid 90's.  Since that time, his main focus is strategic land acquisitions and value enhancement of properties that are located in growth areas around the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. He has also been active in investments in the real estate energy sector in West Texas by providing real estate sites for service companies in the oil patch while maintaining projects in the DFW area. Locally he  has served on the board of  the North Texas Soccer Association and the  North Texas CCIM board and has served on the board of two international oil and gas companies. Randy has volunteered as an adviser on the N2Y2C foundation that provides school supplies to the less fortunate school children, volunteered on private projects to feed the homeless in Dallas and assisted in civic work at Trinity Christian Academy and Prestonwood Baptist Church.
